Privacy Notice
Last updated 13 September 2026
Who we are
Lexavy LLC, Kempt House, 152-160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. This notice covers the form on this page, which you use to ask for a free thirty-minute consultation call with us. For anything else, our general privacy policy applies at lexavy.net.
What we collect
Your name and your work email address. Whether you are independent or work for a company, and the company name if you do. If you choose to tell us what you would like to get out of the call, we keep that note too. Nothing else. We do not ask for your phone number or your job title.
We also store how you arrived at this page. When you follow a link, your browser tells us which site you came from, and we keep that alongside your request. Most of the time it records nothing more specific than "direct".
When you choose a time, you do that on a calendar run by Calendly. What you enter there — your name, your email and the slot you picked — goes to Calendly, which sends you the invite and the link to the call. We see the booking you made.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details to arrange the call: to send you the link to choose a time, to send you the invite, and to prepare for the conversation so we start on your situation rather than on introductions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made and in preparing properly for it.
We do not add you to a marketing list. If we want to contact you about anything else afterwards, we will ask first.
We also keep a record of how you reached this page, so we know whether people find it through the email we sent, through LinkedIn, or by typing the address in. The legal basis here is our legitimate interest in understanding whether our own outreach works, and you can object at any time by writing to us.
Who processes it
Vercel, which hosts this page. Supabase, which stores your request. Resend, which sends the email with the booking link. Calendly, which runs the calendar and sends the invite. Zoom, which runs the call itself. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Supabase, Resend, Calendly and Zoom are based in the United States, so your data is transferred there under the safeguards those agreements provide.
What we do not do
We do not track whether you opened an email or clicked a link. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the processors named above. We do not use advertising or profiling tools.
How long we keep it
Your request is deleted six months after the call, or six months after you sent it if the call never happens. If you ask us to delete it before then, we do it and keep only the fact that you asked, so we do not contact you again by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. Write to mlobato@lexavy.net and you will hear back from one of us. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change anything here, we will update the date at the top.
