Terms of Service
Last updated 13 September 2026
What this is
A free, thirty-minute video call with María Lobato, María B. McReddie and Kayne McGladrey, at a time you choose. Asking for it, and having it, does not create a client relationship with Lexavy or with any of the three.
This is not legal advice
The call is a first conversation about your situation. It is not advice on it, and nothing said during it should be relied on as advice. Your circumstances, your jurisdiction and your contracts change the answer. If you need advice, instruct someone.
No lawyer-client relationship
Asking for the call, having it, or receiving a follow-up email does not make you a client of Lexavy. A client relationship starts only with a signed engagement letter.
Nothing follows unless you want it to
There is no charge for the call and no obligation afterwards. If you would like us to do anything further, we will say what it involves and what it costs before we start.
Moving or cancelling
Every invite carries a reschedule link. Use it as often as you need. If we have to move the call, we will tell you by email and offer another time.
Confidentiality
What you tell us on the call stays with the three of us. We do not record it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
